My Credit card is
rejected by the payment system

Apart from having no credit left! ....... below are the
most common reasons
- Your name has not been spelt exactly the same as it
appears on the card
- The postcode given should be the one used for the credit
card billing
- Your card may not have been enabled for internet transactions,
call your credit card company
- Try later, the processing system may be having a daft
moment or be too busy

How long is delivery?
|
| After payment it will be posted within
14 days, but usually much quicker. If you pay by check/cheque
then add an extra seven days for that to clear at the bank.
Time required for the postal system in the UK is usually less
than 3 days. To the USA its around five days. Canada slightly
longer. Mainland Europe around 4 days. Australia and New Zealand
5 days, Japan between 5 and 14 days |

Why does it sometimes
take more than a day for answers to emails?

| We check emails a couple of times
a day normally, but there are only a few of us here and it
can be less. Occasionally we get a life and take a day off
(normally its spent looking for new prints!) Also bear in mind
large time differences which can make it seem longer. |

What is your policy on refunds?

We fully guarentee our print, and
will happily refund the full purchase of
them should you find something genuinely wrong with them. Shipping
and handling
charges will be met by you.
Products must be returned to us at your cost in
order to exact a refund.
should the you return the goods at the our cost,
we reserve
the right to charge for handling of such goods to, and not
limited to the full
